when we talk to other user of banmod using banmod chat then the chats we send gets doubled on their screen and when they send us the chat gets double on our screen

Do you mean after Unlocking chat it happens between Banmod users or is there a special toggle for Banmod chat that vanilla users cannot see but only Banmod users can?
