The user should avoid entering unnecessary personal information, passwords, private tokens, sensitive data or irrelevant content in reports, logs or messages.
4. Technical BepInEx logs
When the user sends a report from the mod, BepInEx logs are sent automatically to allow the controller or authorized administrators to analyze errors, crashes, incompatibilities or technical issues.
The logs may contain technical information generated by the game, the mod, BepInEx or other mods installed by the user.
The mod displays an information notice informing the user that logs will be sent automatically together with the report.

Some communications, reports or administrative notifications may be managed through a Discord server connected to the BANMOD project.
Discord is an external platform. Data processed directly by Discord is subject to Discord’s own terms and privacy notices.
In the Discord server, authorized administrators may see information necessary to manage reports or notifications, such as report type, title, description, friend code, player name, data of the reported player, report status and administrator reply.

These checks may use technical identifiers and data connected to the operation of the service, such as mod ID, API token, friend code, hashed PUID where available, player ID, client status, mod version, language, region, platform, report data, server message data and technical logs.
The possible consequences may include limitation, suspension or revocation of API access, technical tokens, online verification, report features, server messages, moderation tools, anti-abuse systems, connected services or other official BANMOD features.
In serious cases, the official BANMOD build may limit or disable some or all connected features in order to protect the server, the project and other users.
